Yes. You can create different rate plans per service type — trash, recycling, yard waste, or bulk pickup. Each plan can have its own pricing, cart sizes, and billing cycle.
Customers can pay by ACH bank transfer (cheapest for you at 0.8% capped at $5) or credit/debit card. That's roughly 70% cheaper than standard card processing. Autopay runs automatically on each billing cycle.
Yes. The driver app downloads the whole route to the phone before the driver leaves the yard, so it keeps working with zero cell signal. Stops are recorded with GPS + photo proof, and everything uploads automatically once signal comes back.
