Delivery day
The truck backs in — move cars, trailers, and cans off the drive the night before.
Low branches and wires are the most common reason a delivery can't be completed.
A cone, chalk, or a photo by text — if nobody is home we still know where it goes.
Leave room on delivery day and pickup day so the driver can line up the can.
Questions
It depends on the job. Small bathroom or kitchen remodels usually fit in the smallest container, roofing and garage cleanouts in a mid-size, and whole-home or construction work in the largest. If you're between sizes, call us — we'd rather get it right than send a second truck.
The rental period is included in the price shown at booking. If you need more time, get in touch before the pickup date and we'll extend it — extra days cost less than a second delivery.
Wherever you mark, as long as the truck can reach it. Most drops go on a driveway; we put boards down to protect the surface. Leave a clear, straight approach and check for low branches or wires.
No paint, solvents, tires, batteries, appliances with freon, or hazardous liquids — the transfer station rejects them and they come back to you. Construction debris, furniture, yard waste, and household junk are all fine.
No. As long as we know where the container goes and the spot is clear, you don't need to be there for the drop or the pickup.
Delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the included weight limit. Anything beyond that is charged by the ton and shown before you book — no surprise fees after the fact.
