1. Rental period. The rental period begins on the delivery date and runs for the number of days selected at booking. Containers left beyond that period are billed at the published daily rate until pickup is completed.
2. Prohibited materials. Liquids, tires, batteries, paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, and appliances containing refrigerant may not be placed in the container. Loads containing prohibited materials are subject to a disposal surcharge and may be refused.
3. Weight limits. Each container size carries an included tonnage. Loads exceeding that weight are billed per pound at the rate shown at booking.
4. Placement and access. The customer is responsible for providing clear, legal access to the placement location and for any permits required for placement on a public street. Protective boards are placed under the container rails on request at no charge.
5. Surface damage. Roll-off delivery involves heavy equipment on wheels. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for ordinary wear to driveways, lawns, or sidewalks along the approach path.
6. Loading. Material must be level with the top rail. Containers loaded above the rail cannot be legally transported and will require redistribution before pickup, which may delay collection.
7. Cancellation. Cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a trip fee.
8. Payment. Payment is due at booking unless credit terms have been arranged in writing.
