What we collect. When you book a container we collect your name, service address, phone number, and email address. If you pay online, card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
How we use it. Contact details are used to schedule and complete your rental, and to reach you about delivery or pickup. We may send a receipt and a follow-up asking how the rental went.
What we do not do. We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with third parties except the payment processor and disposal facilities that require load documentation.
Retention. Booking records are retained as long as required for tax and disposal-manifest purposes, then deleted.
